You must be 

- a Singaporean or PR aged 21 & above

- able to work overseas in HCMC, Vietnam for 6 to 12 months

The salary range will start from $4,500 depending on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.

Total estimation time  - 2 to 3 months

You will be staying in a 2 or 3 bdr condo with Wi-Fi, swimming pool, gym & other facilities. 

You will also be entitled to the additional benefits

For Sales positions - You will be emplaced in a Offshore Prospecting Program (OPP).

The OPP is a highly pragmatic business leads & sales generating program carefully crafted for you to attract, influence and eventually onboard offshore customers into your company's goods and services.

Part 1 - MARKET AND CONSUMER AWARENESS 

The first step in working in an overseas market is to understand your customers. 

Part 1 will familiarize you with the local culture, identify & understand your target customers as well as how to develop a marketing strategy to effectively reach out to them.

Part 2 - BRAND BUILDING

Social media is everywhere & everyone is getting creative. 

Part 2 employs influencers & a video production crew to support you in creating eye catching content at your own comfort level & pace. 

Part 3 - UTILIZING LOCAL SUPPORT

You do not speak the local language, so Part 3 employs AI data analysts and telemarketers as foot soldiers to prospect for you. In addition, there will be occasional exhibitions, trade fairs & seminars which require your participation. 

You just show up, & put on a good show. 

Part 4 - TO SEE & BE SEEN

As a foreigner trying to break into the local market, you need to leverage on familiar eyes and ears to walk the ground for you. 

Part 4 organizes workshops & meetings (and the occasional golf game) with local industry professionals - bankers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, for you to increase your network & build a scalable support system.

You will be emplaced in HCMC, Vietnam. 

You will be sharing a 2 or 3 bedroom condo with other Singaporeans - each to a room. 

In addition, we organize regular golf, pickleball, badminton sessions, & leisure activities such as BBQs, karaoke nights as well as island hopping tours. Participation is optional. 

Yes arrangements can be made to suit your choice.

Yes you can. If you have any friend(s) who are also in the same industry, or may be interested in this program, please let us know & we can make the best arrangements for you.

Yes you can return to Singapore on a monthly or periodical basis, to be agreed upon between you and your employer. 

Non sales positions - we earn a consulting fee from your employers.

Sales and Agents positions - we earn a 10% fee of sales revenue generated as a result of the OPP.
