You must be 

- a Singaporean or PR

- able to work overseas for 6 months or more

- fulfil the job requirements for the position you are applying for

The salary range will be between $4,000 to $12,000.

You will be staying in a Single person room (WIFI-equipped) in a condominium-style apartment with swimming pool, gym and other facilities. 

You will also be entitled to the additional benefits

- Reimbursement for work-related meals, entertainment and travel expenses

You will work directly with your employer. 

For applicants who applied for Sales and Marketing/ Sales/ Business Development roles, you may be emplaced in a Offshore Business Development Program (OBDP).

The OBDP is a highly pragmatic business leads and sales generating program carefully crafted for you to attract, influence and eventually onboard offshore customers into your company's goods and services.

Part 1 - MARKET AND CONSUMER AWARENESS 

The first step in working in an overseas market is to understand your customers. 

Part 1 will familiarize you with the local culture, identify and understand your target customers and how to develop a marketing strategy to effectively reach out to them.

Part 2 - BRAND BUILDING

Social media is everywhere and everyone is getting creative. 

Part 2 employs influencers and a video production crew to support you in creating content at your own comfort level and pace. 

Part 3 - UTILIZING LOCAL SUPPORT

You do not speak the local language, so Part 3 employs AI data analysts and telemarketers as foot soldiers to prospect for you. In addition, there will be occasional exhibitions, trade fairs and seminars which require your participation. 

You just show up, and put on a good show. 

Part 4 - TO SEE & BE SEEN

As a foreigner trying to break into the local market, you need to leverage on familiar eyes and ears to walk the ground for you. 

Part 4 organizes workshops and meetings (and the occasional golf game) with local industry professionals - bankers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, for you to increase your network and build a scalable support system.

You will be deployed in one of these cities - Shanghai, HK, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok or HCMC.

You will be sharing a 2 or 3 bedroom condo with other Singaporeans - each to a room. 

In addition, we organize regular golf, pickleball, badminton sessions, and leisure activities such as BBQs, karaoke nights as well as island hopping tours. Participation is optional. 

Yes arrangements can be made to suit your choice.

Yes you can. If you have any friend(s) who are also in the same industry, or may be interested in this program, please let us know and we can make the best arrangements for you! 

Yes you can return to Singapore on a monthly or periodical basis, to be agreed upon between you and your employer.
